Tamar Mgaloblishvili

Ms.Tamar Mgaloblishvili is an Associate at Shanidze & Nikoladze Law Group. Her areas of practice include Civil, Corporate, Banking, Labor, Family, Administrative, and Enforcement law. She has several years of experience in the fields such as Contract Drafting, Negotiation and Litigation.

Tamar successfully received a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law.

Before joining our team, Tamar worked in both the private and public sectors. As a leading specialist of the administrative service of Kobuleti Municipality, she provided the services of “the State Service Development Agency“, “the National Agency of Public Registry”, “the National Archives” etc. to the interested persons within the framework of the delegated authority. Also, underwent an internship and was an  assistant of Enforcement officer at the LEPL National Bureau of Enforcement in Adjara and Guria Bureau.

Tamar  also worked for 2 years as a secretary of the Poti City Court. Shortly after that, she continued to work in the private sector.

In 2018, she successfully passed the Bar Qualification Exam.

Since 2020, Tamar has been advising our existing and potential clients on legal issues and providing them with legal assistance at the SNLG Batumi office throughout the Adjara region.

With native Georgian Language, Ms. Mgaloblishvili is fluent in English and Russian languages. Also, she speaks French.
