Nino Nikolaishvili

Mrs. Nino Nikolaishvili has fourteen years of working experience in Human Resources Management. She has been working in public sector and private companies as well. Farthermore, she occupied the position of the Head of the Human Resources Management Department in such large companies as Tbilisi Transport Company Ltd. (public transport – subway, bus, ropeway) and NNLP ” Agricultural and Rural Development Agency” (Implementation of co-financing projects initiated by the Ministry of Agriculture), where she continues her activities today. At the same time, she gives advises companies on human resource management issues, with strategic planning and problem solving.
Mrs. Nikolaishvili’s HR Management practice covers pre-contractual, as well as labor relations, for both the employer and the employee. Nino has successful proficiency in recruitment, staffing, employee satisfaction research, organizing of training and knowledge sharing campaigns, as well as building organizational structure, setting organizational standards for a human resource management system, digitizing HR processes and etc.
Mrs. Nikolaishvili holds Degree of Labor and Organizational Psychologist with Honors from Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Psychology. Nino has also completed trainings in Business Projection, Project Management, Personal data protection, Child Psychology, Human resources Management, etc. She is a member of Hrhub (Georgia).

With native Georgian Language, Mrs. Nikolaishvili is fluent in English and Russian languages.
