Ms. Ketevani Mamadashvili is an Associate at Shanidze & Nikoladze Law Group. Her practicing areas include Civil, Corporate, Banking, Intellectual Property, Family, Administrative and Enforcement Law. Ketevani has more than 7 years of working experience.
Prior to joining SNLG, Ms. Mamadashvili worked as an Enforcement Officer at LEPL National Bureau of Enforcement, Ministry of Justice of Georgia for 4 years. Ketevani got a note of appreciation for her devotion and loyalty to the bureau twice. Before leaving the public service, she was actively engaged in arrangements aimed to improve Georgian Enforcement Law and worked on project of Code of Enforcement Proceedings with collogues. She conducted trainings on the enforcement system of the National Bureau of Enforcement for students of different universities of Georgia. Moreover, she served as an intern at an Embassy of Georgia to Hungary. Recently, she was selected as one of Research Assistant for Prof. Ingeborg Schwenzer, gathering legal information for analysis and inclusion in the Second Edition “Global Sales and Contracts Law (GSCL)” first published by Oxford University Press (OUP) in 2012.
Ms. Mamadashvili holds Bachelor and Master Degree of Law from Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law. Furthermore, she studies LLM International and European Business Law at Károli Gáspár University in Hungary.
During her studies, Ms. Mamadashvili was actively involved in non-academic activities, few examples of these are activities held by TSU National Center for ADR – project “Co-Mediators”, EYP (European Youth Parliament), ELSA (The European Law Students’ Association), YATA Georgia (Youth Atlantic Treaty Association of Georgia), AIESEC (International Association of Students in Economic and Commercial Sciences).
She participated in Erasmus + programs (Mobility of youth workers (Youthpass)) in Austria, Spain, Italy, Armenia and attended the following trainings at LEPL Justice Training Center: “Effective Communication”, “Solidary obligations”
Ms. Mamadashvili successfully passed Georgian Bar Exam in 2016.
Ketevani completed Harvard Law School CopyrightX 2018 affiliate course with Tbilisi State University in 2019. Besides, she was participant of the Annual 27th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot 2019-2020.
With native Georgian Language, Ms. Mamadashvili is fluent in English and Russian languages.
